Bill Guest a mortgage broker who managed The Mortgage Consultants, Inc. in Springfield was tired of the regular practices of mortgage loans. In 2004, John Osipchak, Jr. and Bill Guest came to a agreement to convey ownership to John. John Osipchak Jr. had started his career in real estate as a appraiser in 1997. Lauren Osipchak’s real estate career started in 2000 working at Key Title in Reston. Lauren was versatile there performing many tasks that really were a catapult in the real estate world. Lauren then in 2002 went to work at RGS Title where she did all the post closing in there main office in Reston. Bill taught Lauren and John about his area of mortgage brokering expertise for nearly a year before retiring.
