Your personal information is exchanged and sold and there are no laws to protect you from this happening. Most tax prepares have under-qualified individuals prompted by a short class or by a list of questions made for the general public interviewing you. Once the interview is concluded and you walk out the door your personal information is then sent overseas. The implications for you, your children’s names, your social security numbers, your income, and more are at risk. The laws that apply here in the Untied States do not apply to these counties which this outsourcing has taking place. The IRS has openly admitted there is a problem with third party facilitators and acknowledged that they have no remedy to the problem of keeping your privacy secure.

Privacy and saving you your hard earned money are paramount in my practice. This begins with my interview process which is usually performed in the comfort of your home. No outsourcing here, I conduct your interview and then prepare the return. The only people with access to your information is you and me. Your completed tax returns and supporting documentation are then delivered to you for review and signature.
